The RST is part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) program. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance program, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine is seeking qualified specialists for the positions:

1. Deputy Head/Special Envoy for Ukraine Plan (see detailed Terms of Reference)
2. Senior Project Manager on Monitoring and Control Processing (see detailed Terms of Reference)
3. Senior Project Manager on Business Environment and Priority Sectors Reforms (see detailed Terms of Reference)
4. Senior Project Manager on Human Capital Sector (see detailed Terms of Reference)
5. Project Manager/Data Analyst (see detailed Terms of Reference)
