The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine is seeking a Deputy Director (Transport Infrastructure)
The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) supports the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine in the implementation of priority reforms. The RST is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)* programme. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.
The RST is seeking a qualified specialist for the following position:

- reference letter from a recent supervisor/manager (in English, or Ukrainian with English translation);
