Expression of Interest to Provide Services for the Implementation of the "EUkraine: Networking and Study" Project

The Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine is launching a call of expression of interest for tenders using a negotiated procedure for the "EUkraine: networking and study" project. 

The contract aims to support EU-related youth and educational networks in Ukraine through communication, training and outreach activities, while fostering cooperation among networks and increasing young people's engagement with the European Union and its opportunities. It also includes support for EU public diplomacy initiatives targeting youth.

The contractor is expected to apply diverse cultural and public diplomacy tools to reach audiences not covered by existing communication activities and projects.
