The European Commission DG European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) Office in Kampala is launching a call for tenders for the supply of services to provide Conference & Accommodation facilities for a ECHO Regional Seminar to be held from 12- 14 October 2022 in Kampala, Uganda.
