The EU Delegation to Uganda hosted an insightful conversation on Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference #FIMI, before a live studio audience and produced a four-part series. FIMI – often labelled as disinformation – is a growing political and security challenge for the European Union.

Deputy Head of Delegation Mr Guillaume Chartrain and co-moderator Ms Fiona Kemigisha steered an open and vibrant conversation with media professionals, academics and journalism students in Uganda to share perspectives on the FIMI situation in Uganda and abroad.
