Synopsis:

ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้สร้างจากเหตุการณ์จริงของอารี เด็กหญิงวัย 14 ปี ที่ตัดสินใจทำสิ่งที่ไม่ธรรมดาเพื่อซาห์ร่าเพื่อนที่เธอรัก ด้วยการเริ่มต้นแคมเปญระดับประเทศพร้อมข้อความว่า “ฉันกำลังจะตาย… ให้ซาห์ร่ามาใช้ชีวิตแทนฉันได้ไหม?” เรื่องราวสะเทือนใจของเพื่อนสนิทสองคนอารี และ  ซาห์ร่า (วัย 14 ปี) ที่ต้องเผชิญกับจุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญของชีวิต เมื่ออารีได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเธอป่วยระยะสุดท้าย ในขณะเดียวกันซาห์ร่าก็ได้รับคำสั่งให้ต้องเดินทางกลับประเทศอัฟกานิสถาน ด้วยความรักและความห่วงใยต่อเพื่อนอย่างสุดหัวใจ อารีจึงเขียนจดหมายถึงรัฐมนตรี เสนอ “ที่ของเธอ” ในประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ให้กับ ซาห์ร่า พร้อมข้อความที่สะเทือนใจว่า “ฉันกำลังจะตาย… เธอสามารถมาอยู่แทนฉันได้ไหม?” LIVE FOR ME เป็นภาพยนตร์ที่อบอุ่นและซาบซึ้งใจ ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวของมิตรภาพ ความกล้าหาญ ความหวัง และช่วงเวลาแห่งวัยเยาว์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการร้องคาราโอเกะ จูบแรกในชีวิต หรือการดูแลใครสักคนด้วยหัวใจอย่างแท้จริง เรื่องราวจริงของเด็กผู้หญิงสองคนที่สามารถสร้างความสะเทือนใจไปทั่วประเทศ

Ari (14) decides to offer Zahra her place in life by starting a nationwide campaign: “I am dying. Can Zahra take my place?” Based on a true story, best friends Ari and Zahra (14) face life-changing challenges when Ari learns she's terminally ill, just as Zahra is ordered to return to Afghanistan. In a heartfelt act of friendship, Ari writes a letter to the Minister, offering her place in the Netherlands to Zahra: "I am dying. Can she take my place?" LIVE FOR ME is a touching film about determination, hope, karaoke, your first kiss, and truly caring for others. An authentic story of two girls who moved an entire nation.
