The envelopes shall be marked as follows: All interested parties shall submit a bid stating the proposed amount in KRW, name, address and telephone number in a SEALED envelope. Opened or not well-closed envelopes will not be accepted. Only one bid per person/legal entity in an envelope is accepted.

By sending a bid, the successful bidder agrees to buy the IT equipment on an "as is" basis without any warranty. All expenses such as pick-up and delivery are to be borne by the bidder. Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea (“the Delegation”) will not accept any responsibility or liability for the all items after the sale. The Delegation reserves the right to halt or cancel the sale at any stage prior to payment.

The IT equipment is available for inspection on Thursday, 8 May 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Delegation. Bidders shall send an email to DELEGATION-REP-OF-KOREA-TENDERS@eeas.europa.eu at the latest on Tuesday, 06 May 2025 to know the time that is allocated by the Delegation to each of them for the inspection. 

Deadline for the submission of bids: Monday, 12 May 2025, at 17:00 hrs.

No telephone enquiries will be accepted.

The IT equipment will be sold to the bidder offering the highest price. Bidders cannot purchase items individually and must purchase them all at once.                                   

Minimum Bid: 150,000KRW

Payment conditions: 100% prepayment by bank transfer within one week after the notification to the successful bidder. After receipt of the payment, the items will be ready for the hand over within two weeks.
