From Tuesday 26th September, the Commission's online portal "Export Helpdesk" will change its name into "Trade Helpdesk" (http://trade.ec.europa.eu/tradehelp/) – your online guide to access Europe's market". The portal was initially designed to inform exporters in developing countries on the EU's rules and regulations for market access for goods but now it covers all countries with whom the EU has trade agreements. We have improved the chapters "product requirements" and "rules of origin"
A quick glance at the EU Trade Helpdesk and its value for business

Note that product requirements can now be checked in two ways: via the main menu under "requirements" or via a search on the basis of a concrete product and exporting country in the database.
