Europe Day 2026: Call for Sponsorship
We take this opportunity to inform you that the European Union Delegation to Singapore will be hosting Europe Day 2026 on Wednesday 6 May 2026. This evening event will be held in Singapore at a Hotel in the CBD area.
An annual celebration of peace and unity in Europe, this occasion welcomes around 500 guests including European and Singaporean diplomats, dignitaries and Parliamentarians, international partners, key media representatives, academics as well as trade and industry stakeholders.
The reception will be hosted by the European Union Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Artis Bertulis, and will be graced by a guest-of-honour from the Singapore Government. The reception (by-invitation-only) will gather key representatives from the Singapore Government, local stakeholders, media and members of the diplomatic corps.
Europe Day 2026 offers an excellent opportunity for companies and organisations to connect with our various stakeholders and position your brand at this high-profile by-invite only event.
We therefore draw your attention to this call announcing the possibility to participate in this year’s Europe Day as a corporate sponsor based on the attached terms of reference. The deadline for an expression of interest is Friday 27 March 2026 by writing to DELEGATION-SINGAPORE-ADMINISTRATION@eeas.europa.eu.
EU Member States as well as food and beverage business operators are warmly invited to express their interest to exhibit and offer tasting of EU agri-food products during the Europe Day reception based on the attached terms of participation. Interested parties can express their interest to DELEGATION-SINGAPORE-TRADE@eeas.europa.eu by 27 of March 2026, by including the list and description of products intended for exhibition and/or tasting.
Interested parties in the Arts & Cultural programming of the Europe Day celebration are warmly invited to express their interest based on the call for expression in the attached document by 27 March 2026 to delegation-singapore-ppi@eeas.europa.eu
