Online activities

The Delegation of the European Union to the Russian Federation and the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art in partnership with the Life Route Charitable Foundation continue series of events on the right to independence “Inclusion as an Instrument of Personal Experience”.

On 12 May at 19.00 a meeting with Kapka Panayotova (Bulgaria) will take place.

The day after the pandemic. What will change for people with disabilities and if something will change? People with disabilities live in almost constant isolation. Perhaps quarantine is an occasion for empathy with them, and for understanding of their situation in the society. Now is the perfect time to raise disability awareness of the society and show what it takes to have disabled people included also after the pandemic.
