The Delegation of the European Union to the State of Qatar plans to conclude a Framework Contract for the Provision of Travel Agency Services for the EU Delegation to the State of Qatar.

This tender is addressed to duly registered economic operators that have the legal and technical capacity to carry out the contract in the State of Qatar.

All economic operators interested to be invited to the tender, shall submit their expression of interest by Sunday, 28 February 2024 to: DELEGATION-QATAR-ADMINISTRATION@eeas.europa.eu and providing the following:

• Business name
• Postal and physical address of the company
• Name and e-mail address of contact person
• Telephone number

Please write the title of the tender “Provision of Travel Agency Services for the EU Delegation to the State of Qatar” in the subject of your e-mail.

The European Union Delegation is under no obligation to attribute the above-mentioned contract. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegation be obliged to finalise a service contract based on the expression of interest by a tenderer.         

This will be followed by the launch of the tender by sending the tender documents to those who have expressed interest in participating and any other tenderers selected by the Delegation.
