The Delegation of the European Union to the State of Qatar plans to conclude a framework contract for cleaning services.

This tender is addressed to duly registered economic operators that have the legal and technical capacity to carry out the contract in the State of Qatar.

All economic operators interested in being invited to the tender shall submit their expression of interest by Thursday, 8 May 2025, to DELEGATION-QATAR-ADMINISTRATION@eeas.europa.eu, providing the following information:

• Business name
• Postal and physical address of the company
• Name and email address of the contact person
• Telephone number

Please write the title of the tender “Cleaning Services for the EU Delegation to Qatar” in the subject of your e-mail.

The European Union Delegation is under no obligation to attribute the above-mentioned contract. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegation be obliged to finalise a framework contract based on the expression of interest by a tenderer.         

This will be followed by the launch of the tender by sending the tender documents to those who have expressed interest in participating and any other tenderers selected by the Delegation.
