This tender seeks to expand the successful EO services developed under CopPhil from the Philippines to Indonesia and Thailand. The work involves consolidating user requirements with national partners (Indonesia and Thailand), adapting at least two EO services (from the areas of Ground Motion Monitoring, Land Cover and Forest Mapping, or Benthic Habitat Monitoring), and implementing a comprehensive knowledge transfer and capacity-building program to ensure sustainable adoption.

Open to: entities from European Space Agency Member States, European Union Member States, and ASEAN Member States.
