The EU Delegation to the Philippines is pleased to announce that the 2025 Democracy and Human Rights Call for Proposals Philippines under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument – Democracy and Human Rights Thematic Programme is now open.

The deadline for submission of concept notes is on Friday, 22 May 2025 (18:00, Manila time). 

An online information session will be held on Friday, 11 April 2025 (14:00, Manila time).
