EU Call for proposals for
Access to Sustainable Energy in the Philippines EuropeAid/152092/DD/ACT/PH
The European Union is seeking proposals for projects that increase access to renewable energy services in the Philippines with financial assistance from the Access to Sustainable Energy Programme (ASEP). The full Guidelines for Applicants are available for consultation at the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines, 30/F Tower 2 RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala Avenue. Makati, Manila and on the following internet site: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/europeaid/online-services/index.cfm?do=publi.welcome. The deadline for submission of proposals is 30 January 2017. Information sessions will be held on 24 November in Manila, on 28 November in Cebu, and on 29 November in Davao. The precise time and location of the information sessions and modalities for participation in these sessions will be published on the EU Delegation's website https://eeas.europa.eu/delegations/philippines_en. The call is looking for projects under the following four lots:
Lot 1: Electrification of households and communities through renewable energy hybridization of diesel mini-grids.
Lot 2: Electrification of households and communities through decentralized renewable energy systems and renewable energy micro- or mini-grids.
Lot 3: Electrification of households and communities in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) through Lot 1 and Lot 2 type projects.
Lot 4: Promotion of excellence, learning and awareness on Sustainable Energy For All and the Sustainable Development Goal 7.
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is EUR 21 000 000.
