Over the more than three years since Russia's large-scale invasion, EU Delegation to Panama has supported the Ukrainian diaspora in Panama in carrying out numerous awareness-raising activities among the Panamanian people about the importance of defending the international order based on values, democracy, and human rights. These include exhibitions, film screenings, flag rising, stand at Book Fair, among other. The latest example is the special preview screening of the Ukrainian-Canadian documentary Doors of War, in the presence of the co-directors, as part of the European Film Week 2025.
