15 March, 2019: Under the EU and India Smart Grids Cooperation, iElectrix cooperation project agreement to set up 1MW demonstration plant in Delhi was signed today among the partners. The consortium includes 15 European partners from 9 European Union member states and Tata Power from Indian side. This project is co-funded under EU Horizon2020 to an extent of €8M.

15 March, 2019: Under the EU and India Smart Grids Cooperation, iElectrix cooperation project agreement to set up 1MW demonstration plant in Delhi was signed today among the partners. The consortium includes 15 European partners from 9 European Union member states and Tata Power from Indian side. This project is co-funded under EU Horizon2020 to an extent of €8M. 

EU Ambassador Tomasz Kozlowski said at the signing, "Clean Energy transition can’t be achieved without a strong involvement of the private sector. We’re delighted to fund the demonstration project under EU Horizon 2020 which brings European technology to India which can be further adapted & scaled up acc. to Indian requirements. This is another concrete initiative which further deepens our partnership with India on Clean Energy and Climate Action."
