EX-ANTE PUBLICITY AND INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria and ECOWAS invites interested  and qualified economic operators to express their interest in the following upcoming tenders:

1.Provision of architectural services including budget estimation and supervision of Construction and Civil Works for the office compound 

2.Provision of facilities management including but not exhaustive to Electrical, Plumbing, Generation and A/C maintenance for the offices and accommodations

3.Purchase of 4x4 vehicles

How to Express Interest:

Interested parties should send an email to delegation-nigeria-admintender@eeas.europa.eu with the following details:

- Business Name

- Postal Address

- Contact Person

- Email Address

- Description of the tender(s) of interest (clearly indicate the specific tender)

Important:

- The subject of the email should clearly indicate the tender of interest (e.g., "EEAS – Call for tender for Provision of facilities management including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, Generation, and A/C maintenance for offices and accommodations ")

- Separate emails should be sent for each tender of interest

Deadline for Expression of Interest:

The deadline to express interest is 2^nd March  2025 at 23:00. Expressions of interest received after this date will not be considered.
