The Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine (MinEnvironment) has open positions:

  1. Office Manager
  2. Communications Manager
  3. Project Manager of the Public Administration Reform
  4. Expert of the Public Administration Reform
  5. Project Manager on Environmental Inspection Reform of the Reform of the Environmental Control and Assessment
  6. Senior Expert on Air Quality Monitoring of the Industrial Pollution Reduction and Air Quality Monitoring Reform
  7. Project Manager of the Green Deal Matters and Climate Policy Implementation
  8. Project Manager of the Subsoil reform

The Reform Support Team (RST) at MinEnvironment is composed of a  group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis by international donors to provide targeted technical support and assists the Ministry in the design and implementation of priority reforms. The RST will assist in filling the capacity gaps in the design and implementation of priority reform strategies and programs, while strengthening links and partnerships between MinEnvironment’s priorities and relevant donor support. The initial consultancy assignments are expected to start in March 2021 and have an estimated duration  up to 2 months. These assignments have an opportunity for extension for another 12 months, subject to the donors funding availability and the consultant’s performance.
