07.07.2020
Brussels

The EU-facilitated Dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina will resume in Brussels on Sunday 12 July. High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission Josep Borrell will host a high level meeting with Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić.

This will be the first Dialogue meeting since November 2018 and it will be facilitated by recently appointed EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue and other Western Balkan regional issues Miroslav Lajčák.

The meeting will resume the discussions and the work on reaching a comprehensive and legally-binding agreement on normalization of relations between Serbia and Kosovo, dealing with all outstanding issues.

The high-level Dialogue meeting will take place following the virtual Summit on 10 July hosted by President Macron and Chancellor Merkel in support of the relaunch of the Dialogue.
