The vehicles may be viewed at the EUAU Delegation compound from 15th February 2021 until 19th February 2021 between Mornings from 10:00 to 12:30 in the afternoon between 13:30 until 16:30

The Tender conditions are as below:-

1) The cars will be sold on as seen without any warranties,

2) The buyer should submit the offer on the below address:

Note: Hand delivery can take place with sealed envelope, Monday to Friday morning 8:00 to 12:00 and Afternoon 14:00 to 16:oo to the Attention of Head of Administration.

3) The buyers must pay in full the assessed duties and taxes (unless they are exempt) and present

    the evidence of payment before the car is released and transfer papers signed.

4) The successful tenderer (s) shall pay full amount in CPO only within 48 (forty eight) hours from

    the notification of award.

The tender award notice will be given by telephone only to the winner. The sale shall be forfeited if the tenderer cannot be reached by telephone within 24 hours and or the tender amount is not paid within 48 hours after notification of award.

Tender indication, the vehicles tendered for the tender, amount and contact telephone number of the tendered must submitted by the deadline of 28th February 2021.

The tender must be submitted in plain sealed envelope addressed as marked below.
