Mais pour que les relations entre les deux rives de la Méditerranée se développent de façon mutuellement profitable, il nous faudra réussir à combler ensemble le fossé qui tend à se creuser entre elles, notamment sur le plan économique.

Ya era hora que tuviéramos un debate sobre este asunto  porque últimamente la región latinoamericana no ha ocupado un lugar suficientemente importante en nuestra agenda ministerial. Es algo que debemos remediar.
