The European Union and the Government of Liberia are seeking multimedia journalists from Liberia and from the European Union Member States for its "Young Media Professionals Awareness Campaign” program, about the EU-Liberia Partnership. The program is a 30-day initiative in which eight selected young media members will travel across Liberia and report about the development issues related to five EU programs in Liberia. The campaign is a key initiative developed under the 11th European Development Fund to increase the visibility of the EU’s work in Liberia. The campaign will focus on demonstrating the EU's support to civil society, technical and vocational education and training, the agriculture and forestry sectors as well as the budget support for the Government of Liberia.

As we mark the International Criminal Justice Day, the European Union reaffirms its longstanding support towards the international criminal justice system and in particular its unwavering commitment to the International Criminal Court (ICC), as part of the EU's wider commitment to a rules-based international order.
