The European Union Delegation to the Republic of Liberia intends to initiate a negotiated procedure for a framework contract for the supply and delivery of potable water to its offices in Monrovia.

A number of competent companies and/or individuals identified to be fulfilling certain relevant minimum requirements will be given the full package of the tender for submission of offers.
