A core function of the Delegation is promoting EU interests and values, raising awareness and making the EU and its policies known to the general public as well as the state and private sectors in Kuwait. It serves to enhance people-to-people relations and to build bridges between the Kuwaiti society and the citizens in Europe. In this context, the Delegation provides information on EU policies and cooperation programmes of interest to Kuwait. It is the EU point of contact for the Kuwaiti government agencies, the media, businesses, civil society and academic circles.
