The overall objective of the project was to strengthen the rule of law sector in Kosovo and the independence, efficiency, quality and accountability of the judiciary. The specific project purpose was to strengthen the capacity of policy formulation and legislative drafting and its effective implementation within the Ministry of Justice and other relevant institutions.
