Junior Technical Assistance Expert for Justice and Home Affairs

In order to support the ongoing projects in justice and home affairs, the Delegation of European Union to Montenegro is looking for junior technical assistance expert in this sector for possible 12 months contract, renewable subject to availability of funds. All candidates must have a thorough knowledge of English language.

 

Assistant for SBS/IBM - Under the supervision of the Programme Manager for Justice and Home Affairs, he/she will provide support to the justice and home affairs assistance and reporting, in particular by monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the Integrated Border Management (IBM) Sector Budget Support (SBS).

 

Minimum requirements: A Master's Degree plus relevant experience of at least 5 years in monitoring, reporting and evaluation of programs, policies, instruments.

 

It would be considered as an asset if the candidate has minimum 2 years of experience in the enlargement region and good knowledge and experience in functioning of the IPA instrument, preferably in the area of Sector Budget Support.

After screening of CVs the Delegation will establish a 'reserve list of candidates' from which candidates will be pre-selected. Pre-selected candidates will then be invited for an interview.
