PAID TRAINEESHIP FOR YOUNG GRADUATES IN THE PRESS AND INFORMATION SECTION AT THE EU DELEGATION TO THAILAND

What do we offer?
A paid six-month traineeship for a young graduate within the Press and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Thailand.

Before applying, you are requested to examine the general eligibility criteria* for traineeships (Article 8 of the Decision ADMIN(2017)28 - Paid traineeship for young graduates).
Short-listed candidates will be requested to take a written test, which can be done by e-mail. Applicants who successfully pass the written test, will be invited for a short interview (in person OR by Skype). After the interview, offers will be made to the selected candidates.

In the cover letter, please outline to what extent you possess the qualifications listed above and are able to complete the main tasks.
The deadline for applications is 29 June 2018 at 17:00 hrs (Thailand time).
Please indicate in your cover letter the traineeship reference, i.e. 'Paid Press and Information Traineeship', and time period you will be available to undertake the traineeship. Please note that you must be available for a period of six months.
Documents required for selected candidates
(These documents are not needed at the time of application, but only once the applicant has been selected)
Each selected trainee will receive a monthly grant to cover living expenses. For 2018, this amount is EUR 1,100 Euros per month (at the current exchange rate, approximately THB 41,000). However, costs related to travel, insurance, accommodation, and visa must be borne by the trainee.
Applications from non-eligible candidates will not be considered. Unsuccessful candidates will be notified by email. In case the selected candidate is not able to present the required documents, his/her candidacy will be rejected.
