The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Kenya intends to launch a negotiated low value procurement procedure to establish a service framework contract for lease and maintenance of a managed multifunction printing solution for the European Union Delegation in Kenya located at Dunhill Towers, Westlands Nairobi.

The subject of the service contract is to ensure the EU delegation has a comprehensive multifunction print photocopy and scan environment through lease of the services and shall include the maintenance and supply of toners.

The tender is open only to duly authorised operators to perform the services and must be able to prove this with valid documentation. The tenderer must have excellent knowledge and proven experience in the organisation and delivery of the services.
