CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICES
The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Kazakhstan intends to launch a tender for provision of travel agency services for EU Delegation to Kazakhstan matching the following minimum specifications:
- the provision of all the information needed to organise the trip (timetables, prices and availability of accommodation)
- reserving, issuing air-tickets and hotel accommodation, making changes to or cancelling the air transport, transfers, hotels.
The services shall be provided specifically to geographical continent Europe and globally.
- The indicative tender launch date is 15 April 2026.
Certified travel agencies which are interested in the advertised contract should write to
