The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Jordan is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for communication and social media services in the MENA region (reference number No: EEAS/DELJORA/2025/002).

The expected services to be delivered under this contract include:

• A digital Communication Strategy
• Content creation
• Community management
• Performance measurement
• Crisis communication

Indicative budget: between 30.000 and  40.000 Euro. 

This tender is open to service providers established in Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine (*), Egypt and Iraq.

The European Union Delegation is under no obligation to attribute any of the contracts mentioned. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegation be obliged to finalize a service contract on the basis of the expression of interest by a tenderer.
