The call includes two lots:

• Lot 1 for the Thematic Programme for Civil Society Organisations
• Lot 2 for the Thematic Programme for Human Rights and Democracy

The global objective of this call for proposals is to contribute to the upholding of democratic principles, to the promotion and protection of human rights , and to the strengthening of Israel’s Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) as independent actors of good governance and development.

The deadline for submission of concept notes is Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 12:00 (Brussels date and time).

An online information session (in English) on the call for proposals will be held April 3^rd, 2024 at 10:00 (Israel date and time). In order to attend the information session, please register by email at DELEGATION-ISRAEL-FCA-CALL-FOR-PROPOSALS@eeas.europa.eu by April 2^nd, 2024.
