This action sets out to create a cross-tribal leadership network within the Bedouin community in Israel, which possesses a deep understanding of the issues and barriers facing the community in accessing its full human and democratic rights and is equipped with the skills and capacities to develop innovative solutions to address them. In the long run, the action is expected to help increase the role of the Bedouin community, and Bedouin women in particular, as an under-represented group, in decision-making processes.
