Indonesia and Thailand engage in Europol Conference on online extremism

Facilitated by the Enhancing Security Cooperation in and with Asia and the Indo-Pacific Plus (ESIWA+) project, four counterterrorism police officers from Indonesia and Thailand participated in the annual Advisory Network Conference of the European Counterterrorism Centre (ECTC), held at the Europol Headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands on 2-3 April 2025. 

The conference focused on emerging threats linked to extremist activity in the online space, bringing together more than 100 experts and practitioners to share insights and strengthen international cooperation.
