Each EU mission works in the framework of a comprehensive approach. The mission works in agreement and coordination with the EU Delegations in the same area and in the framework of EU regional policies.
As part of its commitment to a transparent trade policy, the European Commission published today (15/3) a report from the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) 4th round of negotiations between the EU and Indonesia. The round report include information about progress in all areas of the negotiation.
EU negotiators were in Surakarta from 19 to 23 February 2018 for the 4th round of trade and investment negotiations with Indonesia.
Following last year’s success, the European Business Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (Eurocham) in partnership with the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) organised the “Indonesia Economic and Investment Outlook 2018” on 8 February 2018 in Jakarta. This event discussed expected investment and economic developments in Indonesia for the coming year.
The seventh session of the Indonesia – EU Human Rights Dialogue was held on 1 February 2018 in Jakarta. The Delegation from the Republic of Indonesia was led by Mr Dicky Komar, Director for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs while the Delegation of the European Union was headed by H.E. Mr David Daly, Head of Division South East Asia in the European External Action Service.
Ambassadors from the European Union (EU) are conducting a two-day visit to Semarang starting today (24/1) to foster exchanges with the local government, business community, academia and civil society organisations in Central Java.
