The Delegation of the European Union to India is planning to award the contract for the banquet hall or open area venue for the celebration of Europe Day on the evening of 8th May 2026 for a gathering between 800-1000 guests.
The event can take place either in banquet hall or in open area depending upon number of guests can be accommodated.
