The Global Gateway Investment Agenda (GGIA) in Honduras represents a strategic initiative between the European Union (EU) and Honduras aimed at fostering sustainable economic development through public and private sector financing and investment in key infrastructure and environmental projects.

The GGIA projects in Honduras include the construction and operation of four multi-purpose dams aimed at flood control, water supply, irrigation, and hydroelectric power generation and the expansion of energy generation with different technologies, transmission and distribution lines.

The Road Show aims at bringing together key institutional, international and private actors to align financing and investment opportunities with the demand for works, services and technology needed for these projects.

Honduran, Central American and European companies are welcome to participate and share their knowledge and innovative approaches to make a success of these infrastructural investments.

The event will promote a dialogue between the public sector and the financial and private sectors. The event will be key for companies and investors in hydroelectric power generation, including constructors, operators, and financiers, as well as firms specializing in hydraulic engineering, irrigation systems, water infrastructure, and renewable energy solutions, among many others.
