CALL FOR PROPOSALS: EU is looking for civil society partners in Kosovo
NGOs with strong experience in priority for the EU perspective are invited to apply to the call for Framework Partnership Agreements and associated operating grants
The European Union Office in Kosovo is seeking proposals to establish Framework Partnerships with financial assistance from the IPA II Programme.
The global objective of this call for proposals is to strengthen capacities of civil society organisations, advancing their role of competent, transparent, effective civil society actors that are accountable.
The specific objective(s) of this call for proposals is to support long-term commitment of civil society actors in giving citizens a voice to influence public sector reforms through evidence based programmes, analysis, monitoring and concrete advocacy initiatives.
The current Call for Proposals seeks to establish partnerships with CSOs working in the following priority areas:
- Education
- Child protection
- Fight against corruption/combating informal economy
- Consumer protection
- Safety at work
- Cultural diversity
- Environment protection

The deadline for submission of proposals is 20 Aug 2019 at 16:00 hrs.
Information sessions on this call for proposals will be held as follows:
- 08th July 2019 at 10:30hrs, in Pristina, at Europe House, Str. UCK No. 90 (ex-ProCredit Bank), 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo;
- 09th July 2019 at 10:30hrs, in North Mitrovica, at EU Infomation and Cultural Centre (EUICC), Str. Kralja Petra bb North Mitrovica, Kosovo (pedestrian area- next to Main bridge).
