Job objective | Under the supervision of the Head of Cooperation and the Team Leader for Governance and Security, the temporary worker will be following the section’s projects in the field of migration. |
Main Tasks |
- Management of regional and national actions on migration, including the project Migration Protection Return and Reintegration and ATUU - A Ghanaian European Safe and Prosperous Peoples Mobility project on Migration Governance; - Contribution to the identification, formulation, implementation and monitoring of programmes, including the action Managing Migration Better and the new action for the Annual Action Plan 2026; - Support of the policy dialogue with Government institutions, and cooperation with all stakeholders in the field of migration; - Support of the activities of the Migration Team Europe Initiative Management Committee; - Support of the implementation and monitoring of other actions managed by the Governance and Security Section (CSOs, Elections, Human Rights and Security). |
Job specifications
Compulsory minimum requirements | Asset | |
Qualifications | Master’s Degree in the field of political sciences, development cooperation, law, economics or other related fields. | |
Professional Experience | Five years’ experience in Development Cooperation Project Cycle Management. |
Experience in the management of cooperation projects funded by the European Union.

Knowledge of languages |
Excellent English (level C2 according to Common European Language Framework). |

Knowledge of IT tools | Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. |
