CALL FOR PROPOSALS - FUNDING FOR FOREST RESTORATION IN GHANA

02.04.2025

A call for applications for grant funding for forest restoration activities in Ghana has been launched by the European Forest Institute. Funded by the EU, the grants can be used to support activities to advance farmer-managed forest regeneration, promote tree planting on farms, strengthen existing governance models, or other activities to promote best practices in forest restoration in the High-Forest and Savanna forest ecological zones in Ghana.

The grants are open to non-profits and farmer & community-based organisations with an active presence in Ghana. Non-profits can apply in consortium with at least one farmer/community organisation, while farmer/community-based organisations can also apply individually.

The deadline for applications is 23 April. Learn more and see how to apply here: https://efi.int/grants-training/grants/G-01-2025
