We will start today with a session of the Strategic Dialogue with my Chinese counterpart, State Councillor [of China] Wang Yi, who comes to Brussels today not only for the Strategic Dialogue with me, but also to meet with all the 28 Foreign Ministers of our Member States. These meetings will be held in preparation for the European Council that will address our policy vis-à-vis China later this week and also in preparation of the [EU-China] Summit that we will hold here in Brussels with China in April.
With the Foreign Ministers at the Foreign Affairs Council we will also have on the agenda two other important topics: First of all, the situation in Moldova after the elections. It will be an opportunity for our Member States to exchange views on the analysis of the situation in the country and also address some of the concerns that we have following the elections. And in the afternoon we will discuss the situation in Yemen again, after having adopted Council Conclusions recently.
It will be an important moment for us to discuss together how we can better support the work of the UN Special Envoy [Martin] Griffiths on Yemen, in particular to avoid that the Stockholm Agreement, agreed and achieved at the end of last year, is not implemented. I will meet you again over the course of this morning and then again in the afternoon. Thank you.
