Responsible for Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Republic of Marshall Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu as well as the three Overseas Countries and Territories in the Pacific.
The programme will initiate specific interventions to facilitate cohesive action amongst the three Cane Producer Associations and various sugarcane stakeholders through the capacity building of the Cane Producer Associations and provision of improved Farmer Advisory Services.
