Delegation of the European Union for the Pacific
Responsible for Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Republic of Marshall Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu as well as the three Overseas Countries and Territories in the Pacific.
The project was established in 2014 through an agreement of delegated cooperation between European Union in the Pacific and Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and implemented by APTC. Under the project, more than 1,600 people have been successfully trained across 24 TAFE Queensland accredited qualifications and skills sets and non-accredited workshops. The new skills acquired are helping improve workplace productivity, increase efficiency and strengthen Fiji’s overall sugar industry.
