Training Support to the Fijian Sugarcane Industry Project Impact Stories contains the latest collection of stories on the impact of the European Union-funded Training Support to the Fijian Sugarcane Industry project.
The project was established in 2014 through an agreement of delegated cooperation between European Union in the Pacific and Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and implemented by APTC. Under the project, more than 1,600 people have been successfully trained across 24 TAFE Queensland accredited qualifications and skills sets and non-accredited workshops. The new skills acquired are helping improve workplace productivity, increase efficiency and strengthen Fiji’s overall sugar industry.
