Main objective:

To provide dialogue opportunities to discuss all areas of competition law, including investigation procedures, restrictive agreements, cartels, abuse of dominance, mergers, State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and state aid

 

Activity 1: Competition Summer School (CSS)

The CSS is an Intensive two-week training course for ASEAN competition agencies’ officials on the fundamental anti-trust provisions under the EU competition policy and its implementing regulations.

 

Activity 2: EU visitors programme

The 1st EU visitors programme commenced from October-December 2018. A competition official from the Philippines Competition Commission (PCC) has been placed as a secondee at the EU Commission’s DG Competition.

 

Activity 3: Competition Week

The 1st Competition Week is expected to be convened in Q1 2019 in Malaysia.

The 2nd Competition Week is to be convened in 2019 in Thailand.
