On 20 April, the EU Delegation hosted an exchange between the EU Heads of Mission and the Free Russia Foundation President Natalia Arno and Vice-president Vladimir Kara-Murza on the work of the PACE Platform for Dialogue with Russia’s Democratic Forces in exile. The exchange took place in the context of Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) Spring session week.

On 27 April, the EU Delegation Ambassador Vesna Kos exchanged on the cooperation of EU-Council of Europe with students from the EU Diplomatic Academy (EUDA) and the EU Diplomatic Programme for the Enlargement Region (EUDP).

On 24 March, the EEAS Deputy Managing Director for Multilateral Stella Ronner visited Strasbourg to attend the Council of Europe’s Rapporteur Group of External Relations (GR-EXT) and exchange with the EU Heads of Missions.
