A final special European flight, operated by Evelop Air, will depart from Panama (Tocumen airport) to Paris (Charles de Gaulle airport) on Monday, May 11 at 2:00 PM. The flight will make a short stop of 1hr 30min in San Pedro Sula (Honduras) to pick up other European passengers (passengers from Panama will not be allowed to disembark in Honduras) and is scheduled to arrive in Paris (CDG) at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, May 12th.
This flight is organised within the framework of the European Civil Protection Mechanism and coordinated by the French Embassy, with the support of all the European Embassies present in Panama, the delegation of the European Union and the government of the Republic of Panama. The flight is reserved for European* tourists who are still in Panama due to the COVID-19 health crisis. However, European citizens residing in Panama or third-country nationals residing in the European Union who have an urgent reason to return to Europe may also apply for the flight.
* Nationals of European Union Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) the United Kingdom and nationals of Participating States in the European Civil Protection Mechanism (Iceland, Norway, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Turkey).

THIS FORM IS NOT A RESERVATION OR CONFIRMATION OF A PLACE IN THE FLIGHT. In the course of the next few days, you will receive an email indicating how to proceed with the final reservation, as well as the method of payment and check-in.
Tickets will have a single price in economy class of EUR 450 per person (no special rate for children).
The ticket price includes a single suitcase of up to 23 kg in the hold and a carry-on suitcase up to 5 kg in the cabin. No additional or special luggage will be allowed.
Pets are allowed on the flight according to the usual requirements and authorisations (animals over 8 kg must travel in the hold).

If you are currently outside of Panama City, the Embassies of the EU Member States and the Delegation of the European Union will assist in providing safe-conducts and informing the Panamanian authorities. The Embassies may also be able to put you in contact with people who are in the same area or neighboring towns, in order to help you organize your return to the capital. The cost of transportation will be borne by each passenger.
On the day of the flight, passengers can travel to the airport by their own means: private vehicles, taxis or through applications like Cabify and InDriver that, to date, continue to operate.
France does not apply quarantine measures to travelers. Nationals of the European Union or assimilated countries (United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, Switzerland, San Marino, Holy See) can enter France freely. For third-country nationals, it is mandatory to have your main residence in the European Union or an assimilated country and to carry a valid residence permit or long-stay visa, otherwise only airport transit will be allowed, providing you can present a confirmed travel reservation to your country of origin and remain in the international area of the airport.
Flights and trains continue to operate between Paris and other European capitals. You should inquire directly with the airlines and railways.

Authorisation forms will also be available at the airport on the day of the flight.
Passengers are asked to wear facemasks, gloves and have disinfectant gel on the trip in order to comply with sanitary precautions.
