Ambassador Jorge Toledo delivered opening remarks at the EU-China Think Tank Exchanges Policy Dialogue titled “EU-China at 50: The state of the bilateral relationship in a changing world” held on 23 May, in Beijing. Ambassador Toledo underlined the need to rebalance the EU-China relation, as the two sides prepare for the EU-China Summit to be held in July.
