Description: The Delegation of the European Union to China is launching a call for tenders, using a negotiated procedure, for the organization of a one-day conference for up to 500 participants. The Delegation invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit proposals to provide a suitable venue with all necessary facilities, along with professional catering services, including a VIP lunch, buffet lunch, and coffee breaks. The selected vendor must ensure a consistently high standard of service and full compliance with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout the event.

Duration: 48 months.
