EU Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Michael Reiterer hosted a seminar and a reception to celebrate the publication of the Korea-EU Relations book at his residence on 27 June. Co-authored by 10 professional scholars, the book highlights the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the European Union and the Republic of Korea celebrated last year. Over half a century, the two have become comprehensive strategic partners. More than ever, the EU and the RoK need to cherish the stable partnership. The EU as the largest investor and the third largest trading partner of Korea will continue to strive toward mutual prosperity. As the leading actor in defending multilateralism and rules-based order, the EU will continue to be an essential partner for Korea in building peace. The Korea-EU Relations will further shed light on the strong and stable relations between the two partners.
